If you’d like to store something with us but aren’t sure whether we allow it, don’t hesitate to ask one of our staff members. They’ll happily point you in the right direction.

We typically stipulate a minimum term in our storage plans. Generally, this minimum term is one month (see your agreement for more information). Once you’ve completed the minimum term outlined in your agreement with us, you can of course cancel your plan and move your belongings anytime.

We can also help you move your items to a more suitable storage unit if the one you initially purchased from us no longer meets your needs. There’s no additional cost to switch your unit.
