COVID19 Protocols Update

To the Public & our Valued Customers,

We continue to monitor all COVID19 announcements and updates from the Provincial Governments to stay proactive and compliant. The Government of Ontario recently released new restrictions and extended the recent stay at home order due to rising case counts.

In response to current developments, we will continue to operate by appointment only. We are available to make appointments via telephone and email. There will now be a maximum capacity of 1 customer in our offices and masks or facial coverings are mandatory (nose and mouth covered) for all visitors at all of our facilities.

Existing customers may make payments online through our website or over the phone. The facility remains available for access of your storage units during gate access hours. Curbside pick up is available for merchandise purchases by phone. We will bring the items right to your trunk.

Strict cleaning and sanitization protocols continue to be enforced and all equipment and touch points will be sanitized after each appointment. We strongly encourage our members of the public and customers to follow health guidelines and maintain social distancing as you plan your visit to a Vaultra facility.
