COVID-19 Updates


Dear Customers,

We would like to thank everyone for their patience, support and dedication during the earlier phases of the COVID-19 crisis. As a result of our incredible customer base, we were able to truly survive and thrive throughout this trying time, and have thankfully remained COVID- resistant. Moving forward, we remain vigilant and concerned when it comes to the health, safety and well-being of our customers, partners and staff.

As Ontario enters Phase 3 of the COVID-19 reopening plan, we continue to monitor the situation and to follow all directions and information from Public Health Ontario. Currently, all of our site locations are open, and our staff have been trained on how to effectively and securely serve customers, while following all health guidelines. Our staff are wearing masks, and our clean, safe sites are stocked with plenty of hand sanitizer for a hygienic customer experience.

As well, our main corporate office has now reopened, with social distancing measures in place. Our team is present to take phone calls and emails, and to support our employees and customers at this time.

Our sites remain staffed and we are available via telephone and email. We encourage our customers to make payments online through our website or over the phone. Please call us if you have any inquiries. Our staff is here to help you. The facility remains available for continued access of your storage units, which are accessible during gate access hours.

We encourage our customers to follow health guidelines and maintain social distancing, as you plan your visit to a Vaultra site.
