Whether you are a longtime repeat customer or a new face to the Vaultra Storage family, we understand that today’s modern world of self storage is developed with the customer in mind. Before you head to a Vaultra facility to rent one of our units, we encourage you to ask the following questions.

What are the hours of access?

You need to know when you’re going to be able to drop off and pick up your belongings. If you work office hours and can’t leave your desk during the day, you’ll need to find a site which is open on Saturdays and Sundays, or offers 24/7 access. Luckily, we are fairly flexible at Vaultra, and our timings and after hours access should suit your busy lifestyle. Be sure to inquire with us first, for the Vaultra location which is closest to you!

Do you offer heated storage?

Heated storage is a feature which keeps your belongings at a safe temperature, which is necessary in the colder Canadian climate. After all, summer sadly does not last forever!

What do you do for security?

A storage facility must keep your items safe. Basic security features include gated access, surveillance cameras, good lighting and high walls. More advanced security features include individually alarmed units, which Vaultra Storage will provide.

Can I get a tour?

If possible, If you live close to a Vaultra facility, come check out your local facility, where one of our friendly Site Managers will be more than happy to chat with you.
